Stationary Electric / Hydraulic Lift Tables are the backbone of many material handling applications. These types of lifts are used in both manual scenarios, to place products at an ergonomic height and improve efficiency of operators, as well as automated systems such as logistic conveying solutions. The majority of material handling applications require a capacity of 6,000 lbs or less. As such, the construction and design of these lifts are targeted to fulfill that need. Standard lifts typically have a lowered height of around 8" and are commonly loaded by forklift, walk behind stacker, conveyor or crane.
Rotating lift tables are primarily used as work positioners in applications where the operator requires access to multiple sides of the load. This allows the operator to work more efficiently by removing the need for the operator to reach across or walk around the load as well as reducing the potential for repetitive motion injury associated with such reaching motions. Rotating lifts are ideal for assembly and welding applications where the operator requires access to numerous tools that may be tethered to a power supply. Additional benefits include minimizing the amount of space required for the work cell and reducing potential tripping hazards.
Industrial tilt tables and upenders, also known as flippers, are used to tilt a wide range of load types from 1 to 90 degrees. A common application of tilt tables is parts sorting where a container of parts is tilted toward the operator in order to reduce potentially harmful stretching motions. Combined with a lift table, a lift and tilt table can place loads at specific heights and angles to accommodate differences in operator height.
Adjustable work positioners reduce strain and overexertion by positioning the work load at the height preferred by the user. They are highly mobile with all swivel casters allowing users to move their work with them around their work cell. Studies have recently shown that prolonged sitting can be detrimental to worker health. A work positioner can act as a welcome break by allowing users to perform work in a standing position.
Econo Lift has years of experience in the lift, turn, and tilt material handling device industry. JRG Industries has used their expertise in specifying the right equipment for the job when customers are looking for a great solution in their companies.

These are the products that revolutionized manual pallet loading and unloading in North America. PalletPal Level Loaders / Manual Palletizers are simple devices that keep loads at an ideal height for building or breaking down pallet loads. The original PalletPal Level Loader spring palletizer was introduced by Southworth in 1988. Since then the line manual palletizing equipment has grown to include a wide variety of products including Airbag Levelers, Operator Controlled Levelers, Pallet Truck Accessible Levelers, and more, all designed to make pallet handling faster, safer and easier.
Accessing parts in containers is one of the most significant productivity thieves in any manufacturing or assembly operation. Southworth container tilters improve productivity and safety by positioning baskets so that parts are easily accessible without bending, stretching, or reaching. Southworth offers more models and configurations of container tilters than any other manufacturer.
